At Entredoor we take the quality of the services we provide to our customers seriously.
Entredoor is ISO9001 and NP4492 certified.
ENTREDOOR – Portas e Automatismos, Lda., Considers Quality as an important success factor for obtaining results and as a strategy to achieve the satisfaction of its customers. Thus, Management defines its Quality Policy according to the following principles:
• Maintain and continuously improve a Quality Management System in accordance with the standard NP EN ISO 9001: 2015 and with the standard NP 4492: 2010;
• Comply with all legislation and regulations (current and future) applicable to the sector and activity;
• Cooperate with the customer fulfilling their requirements, so that the service provided leads to their total satisfaction;
• Optimize the organization’s processes and all its elements, people and their skills and operational means;
• Maintain a set of suppliers that guarantee effective services, as a way to satisfy all types of customers;
• Establish quality objectives annually that promote the involvement of all employees and that are periodically monitored and reviewed.
These principles are structured and developed according to the standard NP EN ISO 9001: 2015 and the standard NP 4492: 2010 and the Quality Policy is supported by a formal communication system, action planning and implementation control integrated in the day-to-day management of the company.
